The HFC building can be accesss by Phase1, Phase2, Kim’s and car gates.
You only need one fob to access all the entrances to HFC. A new fob will be initially be only programmed to open the phase 1 entrances, which is everything apart from the phase 2 door near the clay studio.
You will need to have the same fob programmed separately for the phase 2 door. This takes 5 minutes and there is no separate fob for this door.
As a HFC tenant you can buy an additional key fob for £10. Faulty fobs are replaced free of charge.
